    We cannot thank Elands enough for their Confidence Clinics. We started attending when our Cockapoo Margaux was around six months old.  She had a bit of bumpy start to her puppy months and unfortunately had to attend the vets more than we would have wanted at that age. During some vet examinations she had displayed some fear reactions and did not particularly liked being handled at all. This made it tricky for her to be treated by the Vet and the whole experience was stressful for her.  We have been coming to see Ellen in her Confidence Clinics on a regular basis for the last 6 months and wow what a difference we have seen.

     With Ellens help, understanding and calm manner, Margaux has grown so much in confidence. Ellen has provided me with a wealth of Information around co-operative care which has enabled me to practice this with Margaux at home.  We also practice this with Ellen in her clinics and Margaux has taken to this like a duck to water. Instead of being fearful, reactive and stressed in the environment, she now puts her head in Ellens lap and allows her to examine her without fear.  It really has been a rewarding experience.  Thank you

    The confidence clinic at Elands works a treat for my boy . He used to be so afraid going in and more terrified when being examined, but wow, what a transformation   he  really  can't wait to get there , he gets so excited  from the moment we arrive to when we are called in, he is so happy and runs in the room ready for treats and hands on from the amazing nurse Ellen, who has got my boy to the stage of touching him with  a stethoscope, also looking in his ears , and started to introduce the implement for ear inspection. Another thing Ellen has managed to do is getting ready for kennel cough spray up his nose and getting him used to her holding a syringe close to him and touching him with it whilst holding his scruff  It's brilliant so far everything is working out ,Ellen is so good  with him and doing an amazing job . Can't recommend elands  team highly enough
